Title: Family-friendly hostel with helpful staff

My children wanted a play area or activities for kids.

What a great stay! the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. the hostel is located in a small walkable distance to the city center, making it convenient to explore. the security was also top-notch, giving me peace of mind.

I was informed that they were working on it and would gladly store food in the fridge or even cook for guests if needed.

Super friendly owner, large and delicious breakfast, free water and coffee, clean and quiet hostel, helpful and nice host.

I recently stayed at Trotamundo Hostel for a week while exploring the city. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. The facilities were great, with separate dorms for males and females and clean showers attached to the rooms. The breakfast was amazing, offering unique and homemade food that was a refreshing change from the typical options. The coffee was also excellent, with unlimited refills. I felt safe walking around at night, despite the hostel being located in a slightly dark area. it was a fantastic and affordable stay.

I stayed at Trotamundo for five nights and had an amazing experience. The hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the center. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the owner was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. He even went out of his way to assist me in arranging transportation for my hike to Monte Albán. Highly recommended!

It had a kitchen with a fridge, which was super convenient because I love to cook my own meals. The private bathroom with a shower in the triple room was also a big plus.

Personally, I didn't really like that the bungalow only had a washing machine. I would have preferred if it also had kitchenware and a full kitchen.

His passion for the city and genuine care made our time in Oaxaca truly special. , the hostel had a great atmosphere, with respectful guests and quiet hours after 11 pm. The fast WiFi was a bonus!

For dads, it would be great to have a designated family area.

The value for my money was great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms. The location was convenient, a short walk to the center and near a supermarket. The staff, especially Moses, were helpful and accommodating.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the options provided.

The triple room at Trotamundo Oaxaca Hostel was awesome! It had a private bathroom with a shower, which was great for me. I felt like I had my own little oasis in there! The kitchen with a fridge was also a nice touch. I loved the cozy and convenient setup of the room.

The only downside for me was that the bungalow didn't have any kitchenware or a full kitchen. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

As young people, we absolutely loved the super comfortable beds, clean showers and bathrooms with hot water, and the spacious and comfortable common areas for chilling and socializing. The host was incredibly hospitable, and the food they offered was delicious, good value, and served in generous portions. our stay exceeded our expectations!

Our experience felt exceptional, with no complaints at all.
